We can prepare submissions for community groups in relation to planning scheme amendments and major development proposals that may impact local neighbourhoods, community amenity, and broader community interests.

We can manage all aspects of siting dispensations and variations under Part 5 of the Building Regulations 2018, including matters relating to setbacks, walls on boundaries, overlooking, and overshadowing.
